12-Week Age Management & Metabolic Optimization Program

12-Week Age Management & Metabolic Optimization Program

A Personalized, Science-Informed Approach to Healthy Aging

The AevumAtlas 12-Week Age Management & Metabolic Optimization Program combines body composition analysis, biomarker assessment, personalized nutrition, evidence-based supplementation, and physical conditioning to support metabolic health, strength, and long-term wellness.

Our approach emphasizes measurable progress, individualized strategies, and sustainable lifestyle improvements.

1. Prior Medical Evaluation

Before beginning the program, participants are encouraged to undergo a comprehensive evaluation with their own primary care physician or qualified medical provider.

The evaluation should consider existing medical conditions, medications, cardiovascular and metabolic health, and any limitations affecting exercise, dietary changes, or supplementation. Medical clearance should be obtained when clinically indicated.

2. Comprehensive Body Composition Assessment

Establish baseline measurements and monitor changes in:

  • Body fat percentage and total fat mass
  • Skeletal muscle mass
  • Visceral fat estimates
  • Body weight and body mass index
  • Waist circumference

Measurements help guide personalized nutrition and physical conditioning strategies.

3. Biomarker Assessment

The program incorporates AevumAtlas’s existing biomarker testing options:

Intracellular NAD⁺ Testing

Assessment of intracellular NAD⁺ levels to provide information about cellular NAD⁺ status and metabolism.

AgingSOS® Biomarker Panel

A multi-biomarker assessment examining selected indicators associated with inflammation, oxidative stress, metabolism, and cellular aging.

Biomarker findings are reviewed in the context of individual wellness goals. Participants are encouraged to discuss clinically relevant results with their own medical provider.

4. Personalized Dietary Optimization

Individualized nutritional guidance focusing on:

  • Appropriate daily calorie intake
  • Protein intake to support muscle maintenance
  • Balanced carbohydrate and healthy fat consumption
  • Fiber, vitamins, and mineral adequacy
  • Sustainable dietary habits

5. Evidence-Based Supplement Optimization

Review of current supplement use and nutritional intake to identify appropriate opportunities for supplementation.

Recommendations emphasize nutritional adequacy, product quality, safety, and individual needs rather than unnecessary supplementation.

6. Physical Conditioning & Functional Performance

Individualized exercise guidance incorporating:

  • Progressive resistance training
  • Cardiovascular conditioning
  • Mobility and flexibility
  • Balance and functional movement
  • Recovery and sustainable activity habits

7. Twelve-Week Progress Assessment

At the conclusion of the program, participants receive a progress review incorporating body composition changes, physical performance, nutritional adherence, and relevant biomarker findings when repeat testing is appropriate.

A personalized maintenance strategy supports continued progress beyond the initial 12 weeks.

Our Philosophy

Measure. Optimize. Strengthen. Sustain.

AevumAtlas provides wellness education, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, and physical performance guidance. The program complements medical care and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Biomarker testing does not establish biological age or demonstrate reversal of aging.
