What to Expect

Treatment is typically scheduled once weekly. Your provider will assess the affected area, select appropriate treatment settings, and monitor your response. Temporary soreness may occur following treatment. Rehabilitation and activity modifications may be recommended alongside ESWT.

ESWT is not suitable for every condition. Treatment frequency, number of sessions, energy settings, and expected outcomes depend on the diagnosis, device, and individual clinical response. An assessment is required to determine suitability.
