CJC-1295 With DAC 5MG

CJC-1295 is a synthetic peptide designed to stimulate the body’s natural production of growth hormone (GH).

It works by activating growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) receptors in the pituitary gland.

CJC-1295 is commonly discussed in two forms:

  • CJC-1295 with DAC – a long-acting version that binds to albumin in the blood, allowing its effects to last for several days.
  • Mod GRF 1-29, commonly called CJC-1295 without DAC – a much shorter-acting GHRH analog.

What Does CJC-1295 Do?

By stimulating the pituitary gland, CJC-1295 can increase the body’s own release of growth hormone (GH), which in turn increases IGF-1 production.

In human clinical research, a single subcutaneous dose of CJC-1295 with DAC produced:

  • Dose-dependent increases in growth hormone
  • Sustained increases in IGF-1
  • Effects lasting several days
  • Evidence of a cumulative effect with repeated dosing

These hormonal effects have generated research interest in CJC-1295 for its potential relationship to:

  • Body composition
  • Muscle and tissue repair
  • Recovery
  • Age-related changes in the GH/IGF-1 system

However, CJC-1295 is not FDA-approved for anti-aging, muscle building, fat loss, or tissue regeneration, and evidence demonstrating these clinical benefits in humans remains limited.
